About Us

Well I suppose we should start with the basics - we are a collective of web and design professionals with years of experience in both industries and we are based in Northumberland, just above Newcastle in the North East of England.

Our experience has taught us the best ways to develop websites that look amazing, work brilliantly, come in on budget and in the process has won us numerous regional and national awards.

After a while it became apparent that working for other people meant that we couldn't react as quickly or offer as affordable rates. At that point we realised that the best thing to do was to form Superhighwaymen.

And that is exactly what we did.

Recently Superhighwaymen founder Adam Maxwell has begun writing a regular column for The Journal newspaper's Technology supplement in which he writes about various aspects of technology and the web.
